Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-on-One Services (Coaching, Assessments, etc.):

• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
 • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Digital Programs (Courses, Subscriptions, etc.):

• Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the program has been accessed.
 • If you encounter a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us for support.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All digital services and products, including consultations, movement assessments, exercise programs, and online coaching, are delivered electronically.

• Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes, followed by instructions to access your service within 24 hours.
 • If you book a session (virtual or in-person), you will be able to select a time via our scheduling system immediately after purchase.
