We will use your inquiry form and our personal assessment to build the best program to meet your goals and needs.
Wear comfortable clothing. All you need is a phone, iPad or computer with internet access.
Change doesn't happen overnight, but we are here for you every step of the way. Whether you are participating in private sessions or practice with your online video library, the more time you put in the better results you will see.
One-on-One Services (Coaching, Assessments, etc.):
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Digital Programs (Courses, Subscriptions, etc.):
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the program has been accessed.
If you encounter a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us for support.
All digital services and products, including consultations, movement assessments, exercise programs, and online coaching, are delivered electronically.
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes, followed by instructions to access your service within 24 hours.
If you book a session (virtual or in-person), you will be able to select a time via our scheduling system immediately after purchase.
