Ali has always been drawn to movement. She has taught fitness, cycling and yoga classes over the last decade. When she's not teaching movement, she loves to hit the trails to hike, bike or run. Ali takes a holistic approach to understanding her clients movement needs and addressing pain .She uses a variety of modalities to help her clients improve their quality of movement, promote joint health and longevity and relieve pain.

Heidi has always prioritized being active and exercising. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with Ali, she developed a deeper love and appreciation for movement. This experience inspired her to expand her knowledge through additional training. Her passion for helping others achieve optimal movement was unlocked during this journey. Heidi's coaching is designed to improve and maintain joint mobility, complemented by explorative and intentional movement. Her primary goal is to rejuvenate the body and enhance clients' overall movement capacity, enabling them to continue enjoying the activities they love in life.
