Ali has always been drawn to movement. She has taught fitness, cycling and yoga classes over the last decade. When she's not teaching movement, she loves to hit the trails to hike, bike or run. Ali takes a holistic approach to understanding her clients movement needs and addressing pain .She uses a variety of modalities to help her clients improve their quality of movement, promote joint health and longevity and relieve pain. 

Heidi McInroe

FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist) 

200-RYT Yoga Teacher 

Heidi believes that exercise shouldn’t only be about “sweating it out”, but should go beyond that by helping the body move at its best. Her training is designed to improve and maintain joint mobility along with strengthening the body. She feels that the true work lies with intentional and concentrated movement paired with breath work. Heidi’s passion and focus continues to be on helping clients improve overall movement capacity so that they can continue to enjoy the things they love to do in life.
