Mobility Starter Package 

The Move Well Mobility Starter Package is designed to help you take small steps to improve your physical health. Our joints are healthiest and happiest when we bring them through their full range of motion regularly  This 4-week starter package will help you understand your baseline range of motion, increase your range of motion and help take away those daily aches and pains. Each week we will focus on different area of the body, with the last week putting it all together to create a solid mobility routine that you can implement into your daily routine after the 4 weeks is complete. 

Week 1: Spine Mobility 
Week 2: Hip Mobility 
Week 3: Upper Body Mobility 
Week 4: Full Body Mobility

The Move Well Starter Package runs for 28 days. You will receive daily mobility exercises with video demonstrations, through an app that you can access at any point in time during the day. The daily exercises range from 10-20 minutes helping you to build a solid movement foundation.
