  • Enhance your movement

Whether your job is physically demanding or you're sitting at a desk all day, your body should be prepared for whats to come.

What we offer:

Mobility for Injury Prevention:

We will work with your company to better understand the physical demands of your employees and injury risks. The employees will be given a short daily mobility routine to help prepare them for the physical demands of their job. When done regularly this helps individuals increase their range of motion, prepare their body for the tasks at hand and reduce their risk of injury. We have worked with a wide range of organizations from police officers to construction workers to help mitigate injury on the job.

Mobility At Your Desk:

Our bodies weren't designed to sit at a desk all day. Long bouts of sitting can lead to achy joints and nagging pains. Sitting is a static position that utilizes a very limited joint range. Our joints are happiest when we move them through their full range of motion regularly throughout the day. To help with that achy back or tight hip, the Mobility At Your Desk program was designed to take each of the major joints of the body through their full range of motion, all from your desk or chair. Get ready to notice a difference in your body when you start to incorporate variable movement throughout your workday.

Stretching vs. Mobility:

Stretching does not have long-term effects. Stretching is your passive (little to no muscular engagement) range of motion or flexibility. While flexibility is important, it's not a range of motion that we can use for our daily movement tasks

Mobility is your active range of motion or the ability to perform a movement with muscular engagement and control. Building mobility means building strength.

Mobility, is most closely related to our daily activities and will allow us to move more efficiently and with better control.
