After going to see multiple doctors, physical therapists and trainers, I found Ali. She is the only person who gave me real exercises (vs. stretches) to solve my hip, knee and toe pain. I feel like I finally have an understanding of my issues and an actual plan that is making a difference.

After 3 months I found my back, leg and shoulder pain decreased and my strength improved significantly. I have continued to have significant improvement and mobility I hadn't had in years. Ali is knowledgeable, competent and experienced. The sessions are challenging but enjoyable with positive results.
